If this report is true, & Flynn walks, I’d expect the following:

1. Phone call from POTUS

2. Phone call to a top lawsuit firm

3. Phone call to AG Barr and Prosecutor Durham

4. Press conference stating he’s “Exhibit A” of the bogus Russia-Gate investigation

Lawyer up suckas!

Declare congress in recess, fire FBI director Wray, and put in Flynn as acting director.

In their attempt to frame up Gen Flynn they were trying to bring the US Military command under their crooked thumbs

Exoneration by itself is not sufficient.

There needs to be some raw legal vengeance cone from this. It needs to public, pitiless, and ugly.

I hope General Flynn will be get some of the CNN millions from Brennan’s estate even after he’s executed for treason.

I’m curious to know - why did Flynn initially hire Eric Holder’s law firm as his defense? The swamp is full of good firms who could take the job. Clearly they did not have his best interests at heart, and were also trying to railroad him.

On May 25, 1987, Donovan (and all of the other defendants) were acquitted, after which Donovan was famously quoted as asking, “Which office do I go to to get my reputation back?”

Flynn had a brilliant military career, made a relatively boneheaded but minor mistake starting out in the private sector by taking on a representative of the Turkish government as a client in his consulting firm and then got railroaded by the enemies he made while in government when they saw an opportunity. I hope his time in public service isn’t over, would love to see him back in a senior admin role (maybe Ambassador to the UN since his home is in the northeast) but I wouldn’t blame him if it was his last public foray.

This could mean a couple of things.

1) That S. Powell will present more evidence that LTG? Flynn is innocent of the charges to which he pled guilty.

or

2) That DOJ is going to notify the Court that the investigation and subsequent prosecution was compromised and that the guilty plea was based on this busted investigation / persecution.

I would think 2) is more likely than 1). And she certainly isn’t getting a scoop from the Court.

Sure, Jan.

Pardon the scepticism but the rats own the judges, the DOJ, the FBI AND the media. The swamp always wins. Even if he caught break, how would anyone besides us ever find out?
