“The CDC now recognizes chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat and new loss of taste or smell as possible symptoms of COVID-19.
Previously, the public health institute associated the symptoms of fever, cough and shortness of breath or difficulty breathing with the disease.”
Interesting. I had symptoms as described in first paragraph. My younger neighbor had those in the second paragraph. Both of us were sick in Jan, before the COVID got here. Really.
My wife had 3 of the first 6 and was advised by her PCP to get the test.
I had the same thing in February. Never went to the doctor. 5 days, it went away and my husband did not get sick at all.
Symptoms that pretty much cover the entire Cold/flu spectrum. There are few ailments that don’t check 2-4 of those boxes.
