Folks, you cannot make this up. Fauci was HEAD of NIH when this study was published. (Read study) He knows DARN WELL that cloroquine is an effective treatment!

.... National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) since 1984.
The NIH (National Institutes of Health) is a group of institutes.
The paper you link to was published by investigators in the CDC (not part of NIH) and Canada.
Even if he was director of the institute that published it (AND HE WASN’T) the director would probably only get a cc of submissions, as I recall, and may not even formally sign-off.
