JFK, JR, wrote Senator Joe Biden a threatening letter in 1994, calling him a traitor.
In 1995, there was a kidnapping threat against JR, and FBI offices from San Francisco, Miami, Jacksonville, and NY were involved.
Case was closed in 1996.
