No mention of this tidbit;
Such grants were prohibited in 2014.
The derps and snopes are a cruel joke.
We can conclude that, A) Rudy is not a bizarre conspiracy theorist, B) Obama did grant Wuhan millions of dollars, despite it being prohibited.
Good 'ol Snopes confirmed that much. We can assume that Obama holdovers continued the gravy train after Trump was in office. After all, they had Presidential approval already.
They must totally think we're stupid. Slap 'conspiracy theory' on anything and it goes away. Add 'bizarre' and BLAM.
