Good read-out! To clarify the history of this graphic from the time, as I recall - a user of the gaming platform (not an asset presumably) inadvertently ended up in the chat room with the gang. The user saved off the chat log as you see and then posted something a few days later (on Reddit?) saying something like, “hey guys check this out - I think I wandered in on something” ... this came out a few days after the Mule was appointed special counsel and the user considered afterwards this was the context of what he was in on & led to him posting to get the transcript out. There was speculation at the time about “limey” being Steele because that’s what was known at the time. Now, of course, we know players and their roles. TBD + WWG1WGA :)

a user of the gaming platform (not an asset presumably) inadvertently ended up in the chat room with the gang.

Which brings up a couple of questions.

I'm not sure how somebody can inadvertently get into a private chatroom. It was stated that private rooms required an invite. Which in another Blizzard game, World of Warcraft, can be as easy as right clicking on a character name, dropping down a menu, and clicking invite to party.

Or typing /invite Bagster.

Or it could be more complicated than that.

In WoW, a list of particpants is generated so you can see who is in the party or group.

I'm not saying this is how Star Wars does it.

Just find it curious that somebody could get into a private group that requires an invite and the spies didn't notice some civilian listening in on them.

And the dude says he has more like that? Like as if he inadvertently busted in more than once?

What is the likelihood of that?

Maybe, just maybe, this is how the Q team give plausible deniability for leaks? Blame some gamer rube having an accident?

Either way, Q posted it for a reason at this time. And the derps know he posted it at the same time things are coming to a crescendo and Trump is talking about Treason and whatnot.

TBD

Gahhhh. I disappeared a long post. And I so wanna stop Q'ing. Alright. Ill try to replicate.

A couple of observations regarding your post.

Im not familiar with Star Wars gaming, but on another Blizzard/Activision game, World of Warcraft, I do know that to be invited to a private group or channel, you have to be invited, as was explained.

It can be as easy as right clicking the characters name, dropping down a menu and clicking 'invite to group'. Or typing /invite Bagster. Star Wars could be different.

And there would be a list of users or characters of people in the group. Again, Star Wars could be much different.

So this guy INADVERTANTLY got into the group and nobody noticed he was there listening in. Spies, all.

And the dude says this happened more than once? How likely is that?

Just some observations.

Also, wouldn't it be a good way for the Q team to have plausible deniability for releasing something of this nature to 'have it out there'. And on some obscure website that nobody will pay attention to, to be called up later and it was some gamer rube who accidently saw it?

That might cover any privacy or legal issues, neh?

Anyway, TBD.
