I think Preston is reasonable. His answer is well thought out and I don’t disagree with him in principle. I think he makes a logical point that finishing the effect somehow may be construed as exculpatory to the Chinese. His point is well taken.
We may disagree as to the analogous disease but I think the Chinese are complicit rat bastards in this and have likely used a fizzled tool of mass destruction. We agree on that. The other guy is just an asshole
