Any citizen who commits certain acts is guilty of treason:
“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”
Being a Natural Born Citizen who never took the oath doesn’t allow you to make war against the United States, adhere to our enemies or give them aid and comfort without being guilty of treason.
You did not read the treason code completely. Go back and read it, you will see it applies to those having taken the oath.
