The USPO should be on POTUS’ “to do” list. Privatizing the postal service could do away with voter fraud.

That's an interesting thought. A first I was thinking "muh Constitution", but all the Constitution says in Article 1 Section 8 is that Congress has the power "To establish Post Offices and Post Roads". It says nothing about mail delivery. But, if I'm not mistaken, the US Postal service has the obligation to PROTECT said mail.
