Interestingly we take a small, handheld UV light apparatus with us whenever we travel to ensure our hotel rooms are clean. It has also worked to rid a houseplant of a white fungus like disease. I have been laughed at but it wasn’t the first or last time.
I wound up getting something similar. It’s also good for finding tomato hornworms on your tomato plants at night.
