US Code #2381 defines the charge of Treason.
Apparently, Death is only one of lesser sentences, including $10,000 fine, and not less than 5 years imprisonment.
“Conspiring” to commit Treason may include Tricking another into accomplishing the act. Eg., an underling may unwittingly consent to his part, not knowing the whole of the plan and its all together final outcome. Several may know only parts of the plan, etc., and unable to see the end game.
They may turn state’s evidence, rat Brennan out, as witnesses to his deeds, and cite their own experience in the plot, how ever far their experience took them.
Some underlings retired over Brennan, according to the Video source’s reporting. These could easily now be witnesses against Brennan, with hard evidence to back up the charges.
Worst of all is those planes loaded with unspeakable amounts of billion$ in cash. An act in near total secrecy to the Enemy.

The distinguishing act that separates Treason from Sedition, Subversion, Conspiracy, is ‘Oath of Allegiance’.
All elected office holders, all military personnel, all federal employees, all federal, state, local law enforcement, all naturalized citizens, are required to take the Oath of Allegiance to the United States.
The Oath need only be taken once in one’s lifetime. Once taken, it is not possible to rescind even if one renounces citizenship. As soon as a person takes the Oath, under witness and recorded, that person moves into a zone of acts and behavior, that once errant, are subject to charges of Treason, such persons can never move out of that zone.
For example, John Brennan may be charged with Treason. In addition to Treason, Brennan can also be simultaneously charged with Sedition, Subversion, Conspiracy.
For example, Michael Moore cannot be charged with Treason because he never took the Oath. He never served in the military. He is subject to being charged with Sedition, Subversion, Conspiracy.
For example, George Soros can be charged with Treason because he is a naturalized citizen. Like Brennan, he can also be charged simultaneously with related crimes.
