In the past, I thought it was obvious that Nanzi had a history of cosmetic surgery. But in that recent video from which I took a screen capture, she seemed freakier than normal.

At least 20 years ago, I'd read about something known as a "lunchtime face-lift". It was considered superior because it was minimally invasive and theoretically, one could have the face-lift at lunch and resume your day afterwards as there were only a few, tiny incisions and none of the beaten-black-and-blue bruising that traditional face-lifts caused.

That "new technique" involved passing some kind of surgical thread under the skin across the top of the head and simply drawing up the thread, lifting sagging flesh. It is imprecise compared with other traditional methods, and like other face-lift methods, raises the eyebrows.

Nanzi looks like she just had another one of those - the skin is pulled tight as a shiny drum ("shine box?") and the tension may be interfering with the upper profile of her mouth when she speaks.

I'm wondering WHY NOW? Is Nanzi cut off from certain rejuvenating substances so that her face began to look like it was melting? Is it ridiculously tight because she expects her face to continue to sag so quickly that this will look less freakish soon (eyebrows drift downward)?

If she just had her face tightened up, she may be obtaining elective medical services not available to the general public during quarantine. I keep reading complaints that news anchors and public figures seem to have no problem violating distancing regulations to get hair cuts and professional make up done for interviews.

watching the video - her face moves unnaturally as she speaks, not that she ever looked normal for her 80 years of age. The still below was captured at the 16 second mark - but she looks weird throughout.

Cause she ain't got nothin' to do but sit around her mansion getting 'work done' and eating chocolate ice cream.

She wants to look good for when she gets back to effing up the country.

I felt for a long time that SanFranGranNan had a 'Bell's Palsy' type of effect from chronic abuse of Botox. Her face twitches oddly when talking.
