I came across Holder today in a lawsuit filed in January '20. If I am reading this doc correctly, Sharyl Atkinson's suit includes FBI agents 1 - 50 (unnamed) and about 7 higher ups(named).  Sharyl Atkison's court filing seems to indicate the creeps that surveilled her did so because she was reporting on Holder's DOJ re Fast 'n Furious and I think I saw mention of Benghazi. Holder isn't mentioned as a defendant in Atkinson's suit, but he's in the mix indirectly and in my opinion, it implicates him. Wonder what other investigations out there ready to surface. The PDF is 31 pages or so - I skimmed it and was encouraged.
