The War with rogue Media
The evidence is all around us and now presents us with the most important threat since 1775. How do you deal with a rogue media that is threatening the survival of your country?
I am convinced, that faced with this problem, there are citizens in this Country equal to the task. I am reminded of Washington's letter to the Captains of several independent companies in Virginia:
"Gentlemen: I am now about to bid adieu to the companies under your respective commands, at least for a while. I have launched into a wide and extensive field, too boundless for my abilities, and far, very far, beyond my experience. I am called by the unanimous voices of the Colonies to the command of the Continental army; an honor I did not aspire to; an honor I was solicitous to avoid, upon full conviction of my inadequacy to the important service. The partiality of the Congress, however, assisted by political motive, rendered my reasons unavailing, and I shall to-morrow set out for the camp near Boston.........."
With the aid of some good people we will survive this current war with a rogue media.

The children of foreigners ARE foreigners.
They are PRECISELY who the founders were excluding.

Although the media in 1776 was apparently a problem, who was our war with? The media? No. It was against the despotic tyrannical government of England which threatened to snuff them and their freedoms out.
likewise although the Leftist rogue media is a problem now, who should our war be against? The 80+% rogue and unconstitutional totalitarian federal government which threatens to snuff us and our freedoms out.
Why is the $4 trillion mostly unconstitutional totalitarian federal government beast so invisible to so many? We either wake up and kill the unconstitutional portion of this beast or it will kill us and our beloved freedoms and country.
The media is a problem. Thee federal government is THE problem.

I think to fight them we must avoid the Hitler answer. There is no wonder weapon that can turn the tide. The answer I think is basic meat and potatoes, basic blocking and tackling.
We need to drill it into our heads that the media is 100% dishonest and propaganda. Unless it is an interstate bridge collapse in Minnesota, it is probably a lie. Yes this includes FOX news.
Like everyone here I have had the experience of reading deep detail about some current event, and a have had some Freeper lay out some astonishing backstory or connection between individuals, etc. If you see that event later on TV, even FOX, it simply gives the basic establishment approved version. They leave you without the true explanation of the event.
So the best way to fight them is to set a default position that they are lying and live your life by that belief. I am constantly confronted with people who see something on the news and believe it. And if FOX says it, it is an article of faith.
When discussing things with people never accept their reasoning based on what they see on the news.
A look at coronavirus coverage from early March would be comedy. Has anyone on FOX ever gone into a detailed look at Eric Ciaramella? Did you ever see on FOX that Mueller and Barr’s wives are best friends and that they meet for weekly Bible study?
Walking away from the MSM is the best way to kill them. Support sources like OANN, Epoch Times, or any of dozens of podcasts. When you sit down in the evening, is FOX on? If so, why?
And for advanced fun, search the backgrounds of guests and commentators on shows you watch. Most of them are the equivalent of your college age kids or slightly older. Most have an education in some soft major at a connected chattering class university and leveraged connections to get where they are.
You would laugh if someone under 30 tried to explain the history of the great depression, or Vietnam to you. But we sit there being lectured by these little automatons because they are inside your TV.
Don’t believe them, don’t accept others referring to them, don’t buy their products. Simple as that.
Being misinformed is worse than being uninformed.
See who the advertisers are. Don’t buy from them. Don’t send your kids to expensive universities. Send them to community colleges that may indoctrinate but don’t eat up all your money. The idea that a college degree is necessary to be successful is the result of effective advertising by colleges and universities. Don’t subscribe to any newspaper or cable TV. Be mindful of what charities you give to. The only one I give to is Salvation Army. I donate goods to goodwill but that’s just to get rid of them. I am only one person who doesn’t have cable or read newspapers or send my kids to expensive universities.

Always wondered if George III in 1774 or 1775 had made the crossing and toured the American colonies, met with the opinion makers and leaders, decided to give the Americans a few seats in Parliament if there would have been a revolution.
OK, so why doesn’t that 1/3 speak up a little more in this patriotic FR forum and elsewhere?
I hardly ever see a post or comment from anyone on FR clearly laying out the greatest threat we have today to our freedoms and well being - the totalitarian federal government, the 80%+ unconstitutional portion of which MUST be dismantled if we are to recover our Free Constitutional Republic.
After reading the headline I thought the article was about somebody named Bush.

The media is only a symptom of the real problem which is the corruption and bigotry in Academia. From Academia comes brainwashed journalists, lawyers, medical researchers, politicians, etc. Until the progressive strangle-hold on Academia is broken, and diversity of thought is returned, attempts to reform the media will fail.
The question is: Are the grandchildren of foreigners also foreigners if one or both parents were born on U.S. soil? What about naturalized citizens?
Being born on US soil does not make one a natural born citizen, the last King of Thailand and Boris Johnson were born here.
Once a person has renounced previous citizenship and taken the oath to be a US citizen they are no longer a foreigner.
Once they are citizens their children are natural born citizens, if both parents are citizens.
If one is a foreigner, the child inherits that foreign nationality.
That same concept is how Ted Cruz had any claim to US citizenship.
Let’s not get into that one now. We have enough trouble fighting rhe 2nd Civil War.
