Yes, she was great. But the only aspect of her that interests me for purposes of this thread is the uncanny resemblance of her character Evillene to Stacy Abrams, which I bring up every time the latter is mentioned.
It worked for Carnahan’s incumbent seat. But not for a challenger to a successful and highly dynamic POTUS. Jill’s hallucinating, if that’s her real hope.
She was also one of the better tv sitcom moms, too, on “What’s Happening !!” A far cry from the horrors filling those roles today.
Stacey Abrams has the body of Roseanne, so she might have made a good sitcom mom, but she has the personality and wit of...Stacey Abrams. So that’s out. I guess she’ll have to remain a failed, psycho politician who evokes memories of Evillene.
