Since most of the NY reps voice mail is full and they probably have a rule to delete all emails, I am using the good old fashioned FAX machine to demand they open up Upstate and that we are on their blackmail tactics.
Of course Gillibrand’s fax isn’t working...
yeah they can still toss it but it takes more effort than not picking up the phone or deleting emails.

A. Well they are guidelines (translation: they’re not legally binding on the governors).
Q. What do you have to say about this study that seems to indicate that as many as 400,000 people in Los Angeles may have already had coronavirus?
A. (deer in the headlights look)….We’re looking into that.
To me she had the look of a lady who knows the jig is up.
