My position, until proven otherwise, is this is a bunch of nothing with breathless near panic sauce for flavor enhancement.

The USS America is part of the 31st MEU. The MEU is always afloat. It’s also a very heavily over worked MEU since it’s the only one in that area and yanking it here and there to cover this and that is normal business.
