For example, one study found “Mean BR at rest was 17 blinks/min, during conversation it increased to 26, and it was as low as 4.5 while reading.”

Check this girl out. Her blinking reminds me of what Birx does but not quite as calmly.
These deep state people seem to be multi-talented. Take Ghislaine Maxwell for instance. Besides procuring and trafficking children to elete POSs she is a private helicopter pilot, a trained EMT, qualified ROV and submarine pilot and speaks four languages. Is some eye blinking messages really beyond the realm of possibility?
