What if they're contaminated with CV-19? If this guy is deep state and out to get POTUS- anything is possible.
Then again George usually assumes that people involved in government are morally bankrupt, and have the worst possible motives for anything they do. ( Sad thing is, he turns out to be right much of the time 😔.)
