For those not receiving stimulus deposits and have not filed a 2018 or 2019 tax return but receive a Social Security payment:

https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment-frequently-asked-questions#paymentnot

The Get My Payment application will return "Payment Status Not Available" for several reasons, including:

. . . . . . . .
You don't usually file a return, and:
◦ You used Non-Filers: Enter Payment Info Here but we haven’t processed your entry yet
◦ You receive an SSA or RRB Form 1099 or SSI or VA benefits; information has not been loaded onto our systems yet for people who don’t normally file a tax return.

I work part-time and am on Social Security. I filed in 2018 (no refund, had to pay) and just mailed 2019 Fed tax (again, no refund, must pay) the other day. Therefore, the IRS does not have my direct deposit info since I did not get a refund. I have not yet received my stimulus payment. I checked that site and keep getting the message “status unknown”. I did read elsewhere that someone got their stimulus payment along with their SS payment. My bank shows my SS payment as pending (will be deposited on Wednesday) but no stimulus payment.
