Which doesn’t negate the fact that people have been put out of business/work. This bill isn’t to deal with the CV it’s to help people survive economically.

Good point. Paul cannot stop himself from grandstanding on meaningless trivia. At least he’s not as vile as his father.
Rand is kind of a rock star among his constituency. If you'll notice, he will be the spoiler when it doesn't matter, but when his vote is needed, he's there. He's a bit of a political artist in that respect.
If they need his vote, he'll vote yes.
