You wouldn’t think a polished career woman like herself would have nervous blinking spasms when she’s not even the object of attention at that time. You wouldn’t think someone that had been in the military for about 15 years making Colonel and serving as an Ambassador at Large would be so fragile developing a nervous blinking tick sometimes.

I’ll cut Birx slack as, at the least, she literally has the weight of the world on her shoulders. If she’s not leveraged, it would be even worse.

I’ve got it! She’s got Tourette Syndrome

(TS) is a condition of the nervous system. TS causes people to have “tics”. Tics are sudden twitches, movements, or sounds that people do repeatedly. People who have tics cannot stop their body from doing these things.
