Dr. Zelenko’s approach is to provide treatment to people so that they don’t have to be put on ventilators. His out-patient treatment regimen is as follows:
1. Hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day for 5 days
2. Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days
3. Zinc sulfate 220mg once a day for 5 days
