That is a very anecdotal reply. Are these patients you speak of being given the hcq, zinc, zpac combo early on or are you talking about patients 16 days into the fight on their deathbed given hcq alone?
The gestalt among frontline physicians is that the hydroxychloroquine/Zithromax treatment with the observed clinical benefit and decline in C Reactive Protein is most likely to be seen if the treatment is begun with the earliest onset of symptoms of fever and dry cough. If it is delayed until shortness of breath, actual pneumonitis or a COVID-19 confirmatory test is in hand, it is less likely to be effective. Try to post accurate information. If a patient requires hospitalization, the death rate regardless of therapy is quite high, probably close to 70% in intubated patients.
Your opinion is beginning to sound more like an agenda than an opinion. The proven effectiveness of HCQ and ZINC is from PRE HOSPITALIZED patients. Sadly, I don’t think ANY drug is going to reverse the extensive organ damage found in the patients needing a ventilator. But you can keep hoping for one ... the efficacy of HCQ + ZINC + AZ or doxycycline in pre-hospitalized patients is not the question you keep addressing.
