The Soviet Union, a socialist dictatorship, famously locked up dissidents in psychiatric institutions. Once there, they were subject to cruel tortures in the name of “restoring” their mental health. It wasn't just the USSR.......The East Germans did the same. Meet the the new Germany, same as the old Germany.
