Awhile back there were quite a few “od’s”, how do we know they were voluntary. My point is. Trump stopped the Chinese Fentanal dealing. So .... They had to try something else? BTW why do people ask for theories and then bash people who offer one. I am just speculating. Take it or leave it. :)
