Someone above asked if the Q flat on top of the WH was photoshopped. I just checked Trump's twitter and this one has a short video and the WH is visible for part and shows the top with American flag and no Q flag.

Earlier in the video there is no additional flag flying, yet near the end of the same video there is a POW flag flying. This may be the one photoshopped.
