Podcast host Joe Rogan and comedian Brendan Schaub, who used to be an MMA fighter, went off on Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden late last week, saying that President Donald Trump is going to steamroll Biden in the election.
“It shows you how crazy the system is that they wanted him,” Rogan said. “That they wanted Biden to be their guy, that they don’t, they can’t admit that he’s in cognitive decline. I mean it’s very strange.”
“Look if someone wants to ask me questions about things that I understand like MMA or like comedy like if you want to ask me questions about things that I think about and talk about all the time, I could talk to you and really clearly about those things and make a lot of sense,” Rogan continued. “[Biden] can’t do that about politics and he’s been a politician forever … he’s a guy who’s suffering.”
“There’s no way he beats Trump,” Schaub said.
“He doesn’t beat Trump,” Rogan responded.
“No, those two faceoff, Trump’s gonna light him up like a Comedy Central Roast,” Schaub said.
“[Trump’s] already dismissing [Biden],” Rogan said. “He’s gonna destroy him. He’s gonna kill him man. I mean it’s such an easy target, it’s like Mike Tyson versus a three-year-old.

JOE ROGAN: You know, this is a weird time to because it’s right before the election, you know, election comes in November. Imagine if this s**t was going on right now and the elections was next week.
BRENDAN SCHAUB: Your boy Bernie dropped out.
ROGAN: Yep it’s a wrap.
SCHAUB: Biden ain’t beating Trump.
ROGAN: Nope.
SCHAUB: That’s your best? That’s your guy?

SCHAUB: Listen I f**k up all the time and I speak for a living. I f**k up all the time. But Biden? But Biden? He f**ks up man, you’re politician.
ROGAN: I fuck up all the time too but we’re also talking live for hours and hours and hours at time. If I had a prepared thing that I was doing … look if someone wants to ask me questions about things that I understand like MMA or like comedy like if you want to ask me questions about things that I think about and talk about all the time, I could talk to you and really clearly about those things and make a lot of sense. [Biden] can’t do that about politics and he’s been a politician forever … he’s a guy who’s suffering. He’s in decline and they’re gonna try to wheel him out and whoever his VP is whether it’s Kamala Harris or … whoever it is, but that’s who you’re voting for.

ROGAN: “No, not a chance, especially because of the timing in this. Right now, we’re in the shit right we’re in the April shit is the worst time of the corona. A lot of people are dying, there’s a slight drop-off in New York, people dying less today than yesterday. Slight drop off yesterday from the day before, so things are looking pretty good. … California looking very good. … So and then you go June, July, August, hopefully everything’s up and running again economy starts coming back on track. Trump makes a couple of great speeches but Biden is more in decline. It’s not gonna get better.

If it was just a contest between Trump and Biden I agree. But this election is between all of us and Trump versus the Clinton machine, the Obama machine, the bloomberg/Soros/big money Open Borders machines and the MSM. This will be the most vicious, dirty and fraud ridden election of our lifetimes.

If you were referencing Admiral Stockdale there, I would just say, Joe Biden isn't worthy to lick the Admiral's shoes.
If we had a media that was not so relentlessly focused on taking down Trump, Trump's approval ratings would be well over 60%. Consider the rally-around-the-President phenomena (admittedly short-lived) that Carter experienced at the time of the Iranian hostage crisis, that Bush I experienced at the time of the liberation of Kuwait, or that Bush II experienced for a couple of weeks after 9-11.
I think it was because of Bush I's popularity right after the Gulf War that Thurgood Marshall decided to retire for the Supreme Court, which led to Clarence Thomas replacing him. If Marshall had thought that a Democrat might win in 1992, he might have stayed on the Court until his death, in which case Clinton would have replaced him with a left-wing black lawyer.
Agreed. Admiral Stockdale was a genuine American hero. Biden is a thieving politician who has gotten rich off of “public service” without ever contributing anything positive to the country.

The true canary in the coal mine this election cycle is how fast those under 40 are moving away from all the cable stations (including Fox) and going to certain YouTube broadcasters like Rogan, DeFranco, Tim Pool, Dore and Saagar and Ball. And most of those named above are Left of center and criticizing the Left for dishonesty.
You will hear the term Radical Centrist more and more in the future, as these kids are socially liberal and fiscally conservative. Both parties are going to have to come to grips with a new dynamic. More working class initiatives (they are favorably inclined towards Trump on trade but are more Medicare for all or something similar) and ‘get the government out of my life on social issues’.
The biggest opportunity for our side is to have a program for health insurance that combines Major Medical insurance (not Obamacare cover everything), health savings accounts that the government will subsidize for the poor, guaranteed acceptance, (which could be done by decoupling the individual from the corporation) and starting the HSA at birth. We can kill government-run approaches this way.
Steal the health insurance issue from the Left and you win their hearts and minds.
We’ll have to give some on climate change, and that could be combined with bringing home manufacturing and seeding science grants for basic research.
And finally, change the balance of power away from Wall Street when it comes to corporate decision-making.
If they have Debates, Trump should insist on no Podium’s and no notes to refer to. That would make the whole thing Ad Lib. Let’s see how Biden would perform in that environment. If the Republicans asked for those rules, I bet that Biden’s people would never agree to them.
Biden is a run of the mill street punk from a corrupt small state. RI is and has been corrupt, I'm sure his rise to power is littered with graft. He's a two bit hustler, a dime a dozen, zero accomplishments except perhaps that he did stay out of jail. He's not even 50 percentile bright, he's a typical Dem elected official. Can't hold a candle to Stockdale, or Trump.
There are rumors that Biden is to pick Obama as his VP. This is important because whoever Biden picks (if he by some chance would win) Biden won’t last 1 year in office due to his metal decline..
