and wait for the lawsuits over ‘i got infected at such and such because they made their employees work sick’...

That’s another problem with reopening that really has not been addressed. Let’s say a 50 year old owns a restaraunt. It’s been shutdown for a month. Its bleed out short term cash. The owner can declare bankruptcy and retire on his personal savings and retirement checks. Guaranteed more or less to have a decent retirement. Or he opens his restaraunt where a month later 2 employees are sick and 12 customers are sick. Now he is facing potential lawsuits from employees and customers. Why take that risk when you can see the government itself is not even providing proper PPE. And there is not proper PPE that I know of that allows eating.
