I have millennial kids and they are doing at least ok financially; some are thriving.
But we raised them with a conservative Christian world view and we all take care of each other
My kids are 25 and 23. We told them the whole time they were in our house, “You don’t work, you don’t eat” and enforced it.
They learned that lesson well.
