The speech was given two decades ago. I do think they have change their target to Africa. China has been heavy investing in African nations over the last 5 to 10 years.
Could this Coronavirus been develop to target the black population? It just got out of the lab to early.
There is a huge population of Africans with HIV already, the virus will wipe that population out.
