I got a new email but yes it’s the same computer/internet cable. Isn’t there programs out there that can hide IP??
Get a VPN, establish the account first - profile pic, post some things, follow people, get some followers, then start on the Rob Reiners. Then they cannot outright accuse your account of being spam.
