Well, if talk was all it took to stop Montana ranchers from taking care of their herds/business, there might be a problem.
The good news is that pronouncements like that one from Helena (the state capitol) don't usually rate that much attention and sure didn't get any this time----unless you count the few who took the time to shake their heads and mutter about people who would try and milk a bull.
The extra good news is that Bullock's got so many people outright laughing at him right now his chances at moving into the US Senate after he finishes this gig as governor went to pretty much slim, none and Slim just left town.
Whitmer? Well, I've got my own state's doofus to account for so I'm not going to tell anyone from Michigan how they should roll....
