Need a bit of help. Someone posted this video on facebook. It's an 8.5-minute video of Brian Williams on MSNBC. I tried to verify if the quote was correct or not or if like other instances, taken out of context or miss-quoted. I used the following search phrase ...

"if under 100,000 Americans die from coronavirus"

I found about 35 links on google and ALL of them only included the same video from Williams - no independent source. In watching the video, nowhere does it include video of the president stating this, only Williams saying that he said it. Does anyone know if the president said this? If so, please include a source. thank you.
