I believe the determining factor will be POTUS relationship with Xi. If Xi cares for his nation and its survival he will de-escalate any military and biological issues. This is based upon Xi being the victim in Wuhan of his own DS players. The old guard will also be the ones demanding military action, probably DS as well. If POTUS can work Putin/Xi as well as Norks to cleaning out internal Derps then darkness may really turn to light!

“The number is down because we brought the number down,” he told reporters Monday. “God did not do that. Faith did not do that. Destiny did not do that.”
“A lot of pain and suffering did that,” the Democrat continued. “That’s how it works. It’s math. And if you don’t continue to do that, you’re going to see that number go back up. And that will be a tragedy if that number goes back up.”
