After consideration of past performance along with the Wail n' Moan sessions since February, I've concluded that Cuomo walks out in front of a bunch of cameras/microphones and just reads whatever his handlers stuck in his hand.
...in point of fact (and JMHO), that's fairly typical performance for most of the media/political/elite culture.
I’d love to see how the original London model that led to such fear & panic be reverse engineered - my inkling is that it was RAT driven to lead to fear & panic to include Cuomo’s grandstanding hysterics.
