I don’t see Brennan flipping or crying. I see a good chance of him walking because of the weakness of the laws. In any organization, the higher you go the more flexibility those at the top have. Look at the Catholic church, or Boeing, where the CEO was forced out (with millions) only after nearly crashing the entire company. The people we’d like most to go to prison were protected, guided, and covered-up for by many layers of insulation designed to keep that from ever happening. They not only know where the lines were drawn - they freakin’ DREW them! But they are not infallible and with luck and honest effort it will be proven that they broke the laws and if it can be proven with evidence, they WILL be prosecuted.

Don’t take this as negative, I would LOVE to see the lot of them indicted, prosecuted, convicted, and jailed. I am just being realistic based on what I’ve read from those who know the laws and the standards that prosecutors must meet. I would especially love to see Brennan indicted because I would delight in saying “I told you so” to a person who has categorically stated it will not happen. The same goes for Comey. The odds of getting McCabe, Strozk, Page, Ohr, and others at that level are much better because they do not have the same protections in the law, even though they are lawyers and arrogant enough to think they did not cross the line. There’s no question they broke the law, the issue is whether Durham can build a case based on evidence to prove it.

Obama and Hillary? Forget about it on a criminal basis. There are worse punishments than jail, and watching their life work shredded and burned is a powerful one. Getting the Clinton Foundation on civil grounds is probably the best hope. Maybe criminal if they were really sloppy.

Your analysis assumes that Trump’s administration does not have proof of actual crimes committed. Such as the federal crimes Q has posted several times.

BTW Durham has never lost a case.
