Cell phones are contraband in every lockup I've ever heard of. But I don't know everything.

There is big drama over contraband cell phones, though, I do know that.

I'm guessing Cohen was perusing 8kun, qmap.pub, and Trump tweets on his phone and his Democrat cell mate objected.
