How do we know the deep state did not set up China as the patsy?

Well ... this is essentially China's propaganda line; but honestly, I DON'T KNOW.
Somehow it is clear there are multiple power centers involved in this, as Q points out in #3509. The timing of impeachment during the start of the biological attack, and the extreme efforts of the RATS to draw the sham trial out with "Witnesses" which would have greatly handicapped President Trump AND THE WHOLE CONGRESS, AND ALL HIS MESSAGING ... shows that multiple power centers are working together. OF COURSE the DEEP STATE is part of this, as remnants of the coup plotters must still remain in the CIA, FBI, DEEP STATE DEPARTMENT etc.
BOTTOM LINE: I don't know who is calling the shots; but, I DO NOT THINK CHINA IS A DUPE OR A PATSY. I think they are a very powerful participant who has now been exposed as having substantial leverage, financial and otherwise, over politicians (cf. Nanzi, Bloomberg, Biden etc.), academia and media.
As I noted in an earlier post, the financial cartel (aka "Wall Street") MADE CHINA's economic growth with the help of U.S. politicians since GHWB, the EU, the WTO and other globalist cliques. So there's that.
But I still do not see China as a puppet, patsy or dupe. They are the leading communist power in the world and the second leading economic power, though a parasitical one.
You make that sound like a bad thing.
But after all, most of the deadly flu epidemics of the past came from there...virtually bio-warfare, they've been stealing from us for decades, and are now (thanks to the Clintons) a nuclear threat.
We need a 1200 month moratorium on travel/commerce/contact with the ChiComs.
