They want Trump to do something they can portray as constitutional crisis, if not dictatorial takeover, so they can ask the UN to “save us”. Trump isn’t really being pushed around - he is exposing them and obeying constitutional rights of states. If anything, he may use what we are witnessing to prove to the public the Deep State is a threat to national security and act accordingly (they will wish they had opened up voluntarily)
