They are assuming most cases are undetected to get to 0.67%. Even South Korea and Germany, the 2 countries people point to as the “gold standard” will be well over 2%. For the USA to reach 0.67%, at least 4 out of 5 cases must be undetected. Or maybe they think our healthcare system isn’t very good.
