Q is saying that the RATs intended to drag out impeachment 6 more months (witnesses) so it would interfere with President’s handling of the COVID-19 crisis.

Or that the reason Pelosi delayed sending impeachment to the Senate was to allow the CV-19 to spread more in the US?
