While Phoenix TV is not wholly owned by the Chinese government, its content is widely considered to be sympathetic to Beijing.

HMMM..Why would the WH allow such a non-entity to take one of the cherished few seats for a presser?
Surely the rotation of reporters should be regulated in some way..there is a ‘club’ of reporters of some sort that complains to the WH all the time - did they send her in as a PEST, or did the WH allow her in as a FOIL??
