I have no doubt that there is cannibalism, in Fiji I think they call it long pig.
But the notion that it could be photo shopped to make others think that is fake seems like something these evil people would do
If I actually saw something of this nature, people cannibalizing people, I'd probably go on a shooting spree. Not on the general public, mind you, but on the instigators of this crime on humanity.
