‘It isn’t always a killer’
Neither is driving a car. Duh.
Tom hanks and his wife got it and, as far as I’ve seen, it was a big nothingburger for them.

Is it just me or are celebrities more liable to come down with COVID? I sometimes wonder if they think fame and fortune immunizes them from The Little Peoples Disease.

I want to let you know that it isn't always a killerNope, turns out to be around 1% of those infected. The issue is how contagious it is, and that we can prepare for by wearing gloves and masks and social distancing for 6-8 weeks WHILE WE CONTINUE TO WORK.

There’s 1000s of “celebrities”. Probably 10s of thousands of names we would recognize as such.
A few got it and conspiracy theories fly

Maintaining fame requires a lot of public exposure and travel so they actually are in a higher risk category, although Im not immune to thinking theres an element of attention-seeking in claiming to have it, speaking of maintaining fame.

The retrovirus is in charge of finding treasure in the dark
And watching over lucky clover, isn't that bizarre?
And every little thing the retrovirus does
Leaves you answered with a question mark

The lib media has people thinking if ya get it your gonna die. Haven’t said it outright but they’re sneaky the way they infer it.

They travel more, fly more, meet in large groups etc
My wife and I have not left our small farm in our 400 population town in 5-6 months other than to go to work.

after testing positive three weeks agoGood thing that a celebrity was able to bypass the blockade and get an actual test...
What would the world do if something happened to a celebrity?

A new guy on the Fire Department I retired from came to work with the sniffles and slight cough. At the coronavirus class everyone was required ti go to people thought he might have it. He tested positive,so they tested everyone that he had come in contact with. 10 more people with no symptoms were found to be positive. The chiefs on the department are blaming the poor kid for every one of the other cases and trying to fire him.
The vast majority of people under 50 have little or no symptoms which is one of the primary reasons this thing is so contagious.

Is this really something I should know?
