POTUS saying 1917 again ;)

Re: 1917. I checked the dates of the 1918 Pandemic and it started in March of '18. So as often as he mentions the pandemic of 1917, someone would've corrected him if that was really what he was speaking about. Yesterday I posted a link to a 2013 NY Post article that was about the opening of a new tunnel in Manhattan to provide water to the city. Once it was opened, it provided NYC an opportunity to turn the valves off for the water lines that were in what is known as the 1917 Tunnel.

What isn't clear is if that tunnel has been out of service since. With the references to 1917 and to tunnels, this seems to me to be worth looking at. The article did say it was 20 stories below the city.

The other thing that continues to come to mind is DJT's background in NYC real estate. He must know the city like the back of his hand. And he would know of any below ground structures, lines, tunnels that would impact potential construction above.

Are you getting any vibes about 1917?
