They opened a new tunnel in 2013 to provide water to Manhattan. They went into the 1917 Tunnel for the first time since it was built to inspect it.

In this Vlog Bill plays a video made by a frontline ER Doctor in NYC. He says the standard ventilator treatment being used across the world is not helping any of his patients. In fact, he says it's making things worse. And, he goes into detail as to his observations. And, then pleads for more frontline doctors to speak out.
He referenced ‘1917’in his speech today. I know we should be cautious about our speculation of children being held in tunnels, but this tunnel may be where kids are being held. Too many coincidences.
