Currently this Act says one can't sue another nation's government on American soil.
Lance Gooden's amendment will "Make an exception if a biological weapon is released."
Gooden said in the interview: "There is very good reason to believe China has played a role. The Bill will allow the DoJ to investigate this."
He went on to say, "China has lied about Wuhan and many other things. Is it manmade? Why are they lying about the numbers? China is certainly responsible for some if not all aspects of this."
