Sound to me like she doesn't have any fertility problems at all... Knocked up by a guy she hardly knows sounds like she may be too fertile.
I suspect God knew that argument long before He allowed conception. I suspect God knows that child is just what that young woman needs to get her through what the world is turning into. Without love, you have... nothing.
