I was under the impression that one was allowed to go for a walk or a run for exercise. Isn’t paddleboarding exercise?

There’s not much difference between being out on the water in a paddle board or on a kayak or small boat. Are those types activities also banned? Boating is allowed in some staates. Just saying.
